Cette colocation exceptionnelle est au sein d'un appartement de 76 m² récemment rénové état situé 20 Rue de Vannes, Brest, France , au 6 éme étage.

L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à 3 min de la colocation à pied.

Un parking gratuit est situé en bas de l'immeuble. En option (10€ par mois) vous pouvez bénéficier d’une place de stationnement en sous-sol fermé.

Loyer mensuel par chambre : 390 € (340 € de loyer, 50 € de forfait de charge).

Les charges comprennent : l'eau, l'électricité, le chauffage, internet et les charges de copropriété, reste à votre charge uniquement l'assurance habitation.

Bail individuel à la chambre, pas de caution solidaire. Une caution de deux mois de loyer hors charge vous sera demandée.

Pour les étudiants, un garant vous sera aussi demandé et devra percevoir trois fois le montant du loyer.
