Description of the accommodation

Piso con 7 habitaciones, 3 cuartos de baño y cocina amueblada.

El precio incluye: Internet y el servicio de limpieza quincenal de las zonas comunes. Los gastos de consumo van aparte.

Gastos facturas cobramos 40€/mes, y cuando nos llegan las facturas regularizamos el saldo. Si has pagado de más te lo guardamos para el siguiente mes, y si falta te pediremos que completes la diferencia el siguiente mes.

La decoración es cuidada y medida con los elementos justos y necesarios para hacer la vida diaria más fácil.

El piso está ubicado en la zona centro de Madrid muy cerca de la Latina. Uno de los barrios más multiculturales y dinámicos de Madrid. Desde está ubicación podrás ir andando a los sitios más emblemáticos de Madrid (Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía etc). En su proximidad se encuentran, supermercados, restaurantes, bares y cuenta con una magnífica conexión de transportes (Bus y Metro).

Muy cerca podemos encontrar parques y espacios verdes.

Es un barrio seguro en el que podrás disfrutar de todo el centro de Madrid con un ambiente donde se mezclan lo castizo y lo internacional.

The price includes: Internet and the fortnightly cleaning service of the common areas. Consumption costs are not included.

We charge 40€/month, and when we receive the bills we regularize the balance. If you have overpaid, we keep it for the following month, and if you have not paid the balance, we will ask you to make up the difference the following month.
