Au cœur du Roucas Blanc et par conséquent à deux pas du lycée Pérrimond, on vous propose un studio 29 m² dans impasse, très tranquille, refait à neuf meublé. Non loin des transports (Bus 73, 55), le studio est à quelques mètres de nombreuses écoles.
Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il se compose : une pièce de vie (salle à manger), une grande chambre avec rangements, d'une entrée, une salle d'eau avec wc, de nombreux rangements, une cuisine ouverte aménagée et équipée (micro-ondes, plaque gaz, machine à laver, hotte, couverts, assiettes réfrigérateur..). L’appartement au-dessus du studio est en cours de rénovation d’où le loyer baissé de 100€ pour les nuisances qui pourraient avoir lieu.
