Bonjour,

Une chambre disponible en colocation dans un grand appartement lumineux, à 7mn à pied de GARE d’EVRY-COURCOURONNES et à 3mn à pied du Centre Commercial EVRY2.

Toutes les chambres ferment à clef, et l'appartement dispose d'un interphone. Chaque chambre est louée dans le cadre d'un bail individuel, éligible à L'APL.

L'appartement comprend :
- 4 chambres modernes entièrement meublées
- Une cuisine ouverte toute équipée (plaques induction, four, micro-onde, congélateur, couverts et casseroles, …).
- Deux salles de bains dont une privative, et un WC.
- L'appartement dispose également d'un lave-linge séchant

Chaque chambre comprend :
- Un lit simple avec la literie (couette, etc.)
- Une télévision
- Une armoire/penderie
- Un réfrigérateur
- Un bureau
- Un fauteuil de bureau

Les charges forfaitaires comprennent : chauffage, électricité, eau chaude et froide, internet, fibre, et 2h de ménage dans les parties communes toutes les semaines.
