Il se situe à proximité d'arrêts de bus et de commerces. Il comprend une entrée, une cuisine, un salon-salle-à-manger, un bureau, deux autres chambres, une salle de bains, une salle d'eau et un WC.
La chambre orientée à l'est comprend un lit banquette 190x90, un lit mezzanine 190x90 au-dessus d'un bureau, des placards 210x250x50, deux fauteuils, une petite table, deux lampes, 2 miroirs. Les charges forfaitaires sont : eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, taxe d'habitation, frais de copropriété
