La maison est très calme, est à 200m à pieds de l'arrêt de Tram "Quetigny Centre" (terminus ligne T1), et à quelques arrêts de l'Université de Bourgogne. Vous partagerez la maison avec le propriétaire et d'autres locataires du même type.
