Description of the accommodation

Superbe colocation de 9 personnes située au 66 boulevard de la République à Roubaix, dans une maison entièrement rénovée. Proches de toutes commodités et du métro.

Cette très belle maison bourgeoise très lumineuse, possède un extérieur terrasse, un jardin et un terrain de pétanque.

Cette colocation possède un équipement absolument complet. (3 réfrigérateurs/congélateurs, 2 four micro-ondes, four, hotte, lave vaisselle, plaque cuisson, lave linge, sèche-linge, ...).

Chaque chambre est équipée d'un bureau, d'un lit en 140, et possède sa salle de bain, son WC privatif et sa TV écran plat.

Une chambre se libère le 31 octobre 2022 :

-La chambre n°3 qui mesure 15.95m² pour un loyer de 450€ + 50€ de provisions sur charges (électricité, eau, internet, taxe ordures ménagères) soit 500€ par mois.
