a newly renovated and fully equipped apartment in Paris 14 is available for rent.
the apartment is a little house. i just renovated inside and outside(isolation) to make it more comfortable.
it has 1 bedroom without a door, however you can put a curtain on it. and living room with a sofa bed to host a guest when you have visitors
bedsheets will be offered as well. kattle, hairdryer, cooking tools( without pans) plates , forks etc will be offered. you can just move in with your lugguage. there is no a proper wardrobe, so you will need to buy a clothes rack if you want to stay a long time. but i can cover the cost.
fully equipped kitchen with brand new electronics including dish washer. it is behind a common courtyard that you can use as well.
I’m open for mid term rental from 1-6 months. A cleaning service once a month is included in the offer. Electricity is not included in the offer.
With all the bills included the price will be 1500 euros per month.
