L'appartement est situé au 4étage dans un bel immeuble à Merde, GENNEVILLERS bien entretenu au cœur de GENNEVILLERS dans le 92230 

Proximité immédiate avec les commerces dans un quartier très agréable, très vivant et bien desservi : Les lignes de métro M13, très tramway 1 Accès en 5 min 

L'appartement dispose de 4 chambres indépendantes et accueille dans une ambiance cosy 3 personnes de salle de bain et deux WC Seul le salon et cuisine sont partagés.

Il s'agit d'un appartement en Coliving haut de gamme où toutes les charges sont comprises (l'idée est de venir seulement avec sa valise et ne s'occuper de rien d'autre).
