Je possède 2 appartements sur Toulon que je gère en colocation essentiellement pour les étudiants ou les jeunes actifs.
Un appartement situé à côté du Stade Mayol se compose de 4 chambres.
Un autre "Le Nevada" situé dans une impasse est plus au calme et se compose de 3 chambres.
Mes appartements sont totalement meublés et équipés.
Je propose des baux individuels de 9 mois par tacite reconduction. Vous pouvez partir à tout moment en respectant le mois de préavis.
