Emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville.

La colocation se situe en plein centre-ville de Brest. La ligne de tramway ; donnant accès aux plus grands pôles générateurs de trafic de la métropole brestoise : les zones commerciales de l'Iroise, Phare de l'Europe, L'Hermitage et Kergaradec; passe au 2 pas de la colocation. On retrouve de nombreuses lignes de bus à quelques minutes à pied, sur la place de la liberté d'une part et sur la place de Strasbourg d'autre part.

Cet appartement à la chance de se trouver à moins de 7 minutes à pied des centres commerciaux de Jean Jaurès, Coat Ar Gueven et Leclerc. Elle se situe également à proximité à l'hôpital Morvan et quelques minutes à pied des facs de lettres et des sciences humaines, et de médecine.

La colocation entièrement refaite à neuf en novembre 2022, est située au 3e étage et offre 54.65 m² de surface répartis ainsi:
