Chambres à louer POUR UNE PERSONNE ETUDIANT(E) (pas de couple) au sein d'une colocation MIXTE d'un appartement meublé et équipé comprenant :
3 chambres, 1 salon/salle à manger, une cuisine ouverte avec lave-linge, réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, four électrique, une salle de bain, un WC, une cave et une place de parking.
L'appartement est au 1er étage, sans ascenseur, proche du Tram A et B (5 minutes en voiture), proche domaine universitaire, vécub et bus à 200 mètres au bas de la résidence.
Commerces à proximité (5 minutes à pieds) : Carrefour Contact, pharmacie, boulangerie, pizzeria, laverie, médecins, dentiste, kinésithérapeute, garage auto ...
Non fumeur et pas d'animaux. Arrivée et départ de l'appartement le samedi et en journée.
