Bonjour à tous,
Je loue un appartement constitué de 3 chambres dont 1 gardée fermée et non louable.
La première chambre dispose d’un bureau à côté de la fenêtre vue sur cour (très calme). D'une penderie, placard pour affaires, salle de bain privative, et lit 2 places avec literie déjà présente.

La deuxième chambre dispose d'un bureau également (simplement pas collé à la fenêtre), d'une penderie, placard, et d'un lit 1 place.

Toilettes communes.
Salon et cuisine ouverts.
L’appartement est situé dans un quartier vert et très silencieux.
De nombreuses places de parking sont également présentes.
5/10 minutes à pieds de la ligne D et au pieds d’un arrêt de bus.
5/10 minutes à pieds de la gare Part-Dieu.
Supermarché au pied de l’immeuble.
Voisinage très silencieux.
Salle d’escalade également à 100m de l’immeuble (petit plus pour les sorties sportives).
