Je vous propose en colocation ce joli T3 meublé agréable à vivre en colocation pour deux.
Situé au deuxième étage avec ascenseur, vous serez seulement à 15 min à pied de l'université d'Avignon et de la gare d'Avignon centre. Dans cette avenue vous aurez à proximité immédiate des remparts et de nombreux commerces.

Vous disposerez d'un T3 bien agencés comportant de nombreux rangements. L'appartement est traversant Est-Ouest, vous bénéficierez donc d'une luminosité importante matin et soir.

Sur la première photo vous voyez la grande pièce à vivre donnant sur un coin cuisine, un coin salon et une loggia fermée où vous pourrez profiter des moments paisibles ensoleillés. De cette pièce à vivre vous accéderez aux deux chambres séparés, à la salle de bain et un dressing pouvant accueillir de nombreux rangements.
Les photos 2 et 3 vous montrent les deux chambres auxquelles j'ai ajouté des rangements et bureaux.
Vous disposerez aussi d'une dépendance à l'éxtérieur de l'appartement pour des rangements supplémentaires.

Le loyer comprenant le chauffage, le ménage des salles communes et les ordures ménagères.
