L'appartement se trouve à 5min à pied des nombreux trams et bus de la gare de Caen, à 6min des Rives de l'Orne et ses commerces, et bénéfice d'un environnement extérieur récemment réaménagé offrant calme, sécurité et confort.
La résidence comprend une cour intérieure sécurisée où se situe une cave et une possibilité de stationnement.

L'appartement est idéal pour une colocation (en bail solidaire, éligible APL). Le loyer est charges comprises soit 2000€ en tout. Pas de frais d'état des lieux.
