Situé en face de Cémoi et Belle électrique, 2 boulangeries à 100m, 2 restaurants et un carrefour city. Dernier étage, immeuble calme. Très lumineux, belle vue, calme, bien desservi (Grenoble Ecole de Management à 10 min à pied, Minatec, Gare de Grenoble). Beaucoup de rangements.
