Description of the accommodation

Je propose à la colocation une chambre dans un appartement entièrement rénové et meublé, très bien équipé, et situé avenue de Tarente à Brest. Il fait 93 m², et comprend 3 beaux balcons.

L’appartement est lumineux, orienté sud-est, il comprend 4 chambres dont 3 chambres avec balcon.
Il est proche des facultés, Business school, IFSI, des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, super marché, banques, pharmacie …), piscine et patinoire à proximité. Bus au bas de l’immeuble.

Les parties communes sont :
1 séjour avec balcon aménagé (chaises et table), 1 cuisine avec balcon, 1 salle d’eau (douche) et une salle de bain (baignoire), WC séparés, 1 grand placard, 1 couloir, très nombreux rangements.
Chacune des chambres comprend :
- 1 dressing,
- 1 lit double 140 x 200 avec sommier et matelas neufs,

La copropriété est très calme. Le bien est situé au 5ème étage d’un immeuble de bon standing. L’accès est sécurisé et gardienné. Les locaux communs de l’immeuble sont très bien tenus. Les 3 locataires déjà en place sont des étudiants, ils sont calmes et vraiment sympathiques.
