We are renting out a bright 15 m² furnished room in our family home, located in the quiet and green Saint Martin neighborhood in Brest.
The room features two skylights that bring in plenty of natural light.
You will share a bathroom, and you will also have access to our fully equipped kitchen. The house includes a lovely garden with trees, perfect for relaxing.

Location:
5 minutes from the “Octroi” tram stop
15 minutes’ walk from the city center and Place de la Liberté

Rent: €500 per month, all charges included.

We are looking for a responsible and respectful student who would like to live in a warm and welcoming family environment.
We would particularly welcome a international student who speaks English.
