je suis Patricia Delon, j'ai 58 ans et je vis à Paris, dans le 15ème arrondissement, près de l'appartement. Je peux donc intervenir facilement en cas de besoin.
J'ai aménagé l'appartement comme si je devais y vivre moi-même, il est confortable et propre. Il a été repeint l'année dernière, les meubles sont en parfait état, et toutes les charges sont comprises. Il n'y a aucun abonnement à souscrire, sauf Netflix !
Tous les profils sont bienvenus, et je suis très attachée au respect mutuel et à la tenue des engagements pris.
