Dans une rue calme entre la place de la Victoire et le place Nansouty, une maison de plus de 150 m² totalement dédiée à la colocation et non fumeur.

Proche de l'arret de tramB (Bergonié) qui dessert le centre de Bordeaux et la Fac de Pessac.

Constituée de 4 chambres doubles (mais les couples ne sont pas admis),de 2 salles de bains, 2 wc, 2 cuisines, une terrasse sur le toit meublée de 30 m², un salon elle accueille des étudiants pour l'année scolaire de septembre à juin.

3 colocataires sont déjà en place et une chambre vient de se libérer.

la chambre de 25 m² comprend une cuisine privative

Chaque chambre possède un double lit, une commode, un bureau, des luminaires et une penderie dans le couloir.
