Chambres en collocation a 10 mn à pied de la gare de Drancy. La gare se situe sur la ligne du RER B a 10mn du parc des expositions et 20mn de l’aéroport CDG et sur l’autre sens a 10mn du stade de France et a 20 mn de Paris Centre. Il y a également plusieurs bus, en l’occurrence le bus 148 qui dessert directement l’Universite Paris 13.
Les trois chambres sont dans un pavillon. Les parties communes se composent d’une salle de bain, toilettes, grand dressing commun, salon et cuisine aménagée. À l’entrée un balcon avec salon de jardin.
Le quartier est agréable et calme.
