Bonjour,

Nous recherchons un étudiant ou une étudiante pour occuper une chambre avec une salle de bain.
Elle est située au premier étage et est exposée ouest. Elle dispose d’un lit double mezzanine avec étagère, un bureau, une chaise de bureau un canapé, une grande armoire et un réfrigérateur.

Un accès est possible à notre salle de sport et à la salle TV et jeux.

La salle de bain dispose de 2 vasques, une douche et une baignoire.
Très rarement elle est à partager avec nos enfants qui viennent de temps en temps en week-end.

Le WC est à partager un week-end sur deux.

La maison se situe en plein centre de Melesse. L’arrêt de bus de la ligne 11 (qui se rend à Anatole France) est à 350m (idéal pour étudiant à Villejean ou CHU).

La cuisine est à partager.
