2 chambres se libèrent dans cette colocation meublée située boulevard d'Anjou.

Il s'agit d'un appartement au 10ème étage avec ascenseur, comprenant 4 chambres, une pièce de vie, une salle de bain, et des WC séparés.

Possibilité de se garer sur les nombreuses places de parking gratuites aux pieds de l'immeuble. L'appartement est situé à 1 minute de marche de l'arrêt de bus/métro Kennedy. Proche de tous commerces.

Le salon, la salle de bain et la cuisine viennent d'être refaits à neuf. Les fenêtres et volets de l'appartement également.

La cuisine est équipée d'un four pyrolyse, d'un micro-ondes, d'une plaque à induction avec hotte. Un lave-linge est également à disposition.

La pièce de vie dispose d'une TV connectée avec Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, etc.
