Cette belle maison d’environ 81m², comprend quatre chambres spacieuses, un séjour /salon cosy, une cuisine et des WC indépendants.

Cette maison se situe dans un quartier très calme de Brest, possède un agréable jardin elle est à proximité immédiate de l'école Navale, 10 minutes à pied. Les lignes de bus 6 et 1 toutes deux menant aux facs se trouve au bout de la rue. On re trouve également la ligne de tramaway à 10 minutes de marche.

Beaucoup de petits commerces de proximités aux alentours et le grand centre commercial de Carrefour Iroise. Beaucoup d'espaces verts et un accès aux plages très rapide. Il fait bon vivre dans ce quartier.

Les écoles d'ingénieurs situées au technopoles sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture et les différentes accessibles via les lignes de bus 1 et 6. Le centre ville est à 15 minutes de transport en commun. Et l'Atelier des Capucins, centre culturel, est à 7 minutes de tramway.
