Cet appartement moderne se situe à 5 minutes à pied de la gare SNCF et du centre ville et le bus 664 pour Sophia Antipolis s'arrête juste en bas de l'immeuble.

Cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, plaques de cuisson, microonde, bouilloire et une machine à café Nescafé. Le matin vous pouvez aller chercher le pain frais et des croissants dans l'excellente boulangerie juste en bas de la rue et en face de l'appartement il y a aussi un mini-marché et une pizzeria.

L'appartement est très lumineux grâce aux deux fenêtres côté est.

Bien que proche du centre ville, l'appartement est calme car il donne sur une cour intérieure, loin de la route.
