A Saint Gilles juste à côté de la maison communale. Acces tram, metro, bus a 1mn.
Appartement, d'environ 90m² est au rez de chaussée et entresol avec terrasse d'environ 12m² avec pleins de plantes.
Ma chambre est au rez de chaussée. Sur le même plateau se trouve un salon avec cabane perchées, sejour, cuisine, terrasse et salle de bain. A l'entresol il y a deux pièces à louer(17 et 20m²) dont la plus grande peut servir de bureau où d'ateliers. L'autre est aveugle. Les deux ont été refaite entièrement à neuf il y a un an. Il y a aussi une machine à laver et un sèche linge dans les parties communes.
