Description of the accommodation

Dans une ancienne maison de maitre transformée en plusieurs résidences étudiantes. Voici une colocation de 3 personnes, avec 3 chambres de différentes tailles.

La résidence est proche du métro (Roubaix Charles de gaulle) et du tramway (Alfred mongy).

Proche des écoles : ESAAT, ENSAIT, IAE, LEA, IUT TC, INFOCOM, ENPJJ, EDHEC...

Les chambres sont meublées (lit banquette convertible en 2 places, bureau, chaise de bureau, caisson de bureau, fauteuil, table basse, réfrigérateur, armoire de rangement, coin lavabo).

Les chambres sont spacieuses, très lumineuses et ont beaucoup de cachet.

Toutes les charges sont comprises (eau, gaz, électricité, wifi, nettoyage des communs, gardiens).

Cuisine équipée commune (table, chaises, plaque de cuisson, four, four micro onde, ustensiles de cuisine).

Sanitaire commun avec machine à laver et avec WC séparés.

Parking vélo, et cour intérieure.

Frais de dossier à prévoir (état des lieux, rédaction du contrat, quittances de loyer). Dépôt de garantie a prévoir.
