Nous louons dans notre maison d'habitation une Chambre/ studio indépendant de 14 m²
Libre jusqu'au 30 aout
Tout compris (chauffage, électricité, eau, taxes, wifi) 400 € par mois. Un mois de caution en chèque non encaissé.
Salle de bain (douche, lavabo, WC) à part du studio mais à usage unique des 2 locataires (2 studios identiques côte à côte).
Ce studio a une entrée indépendante avec une petite terrasse de plein pied (table et chaises d'extérieure), une kitchenette (petit frigo, 2 plaques électriques, évier), lit 1 place, bureau, table, armoire, télé TNT. Branchement Wifi internet.
ATTENTION: pas de branchement téléphone.
Il est équipé en vaisselle et appareils ménagers (micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire).
Un lave linge est à disposition des locataires.
Entièrement refait à neuf : isolation, fenêtre PVC, carrelage au sol...
Situé dans Grenoble (quartier Alpin- Beauvert ) avec l'arrêt "Beauvert" bus n°16 , 12 et C6 à côté de la maison et le tram A à 10 mn à pied.
ATTENTION: Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur et nous avons deux chiens (Beauceron) en liberté dans le terrain et trois chats.
