Loue superbe chambre avec verrou dans un grand appartement entièrement meublé de 94m² pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Idéalement placée : en face du palais de justice dans un quartier calme, à 5 minutes du tramway, des bus, de l'école nationale supérieure d’architecture, de la place de l’hôtel de ville, ...

Après l'entrée, 1 chambre sur la gauche et 3 chambres sur la droite qui s'ouvre sur une grande pièce.
Cuisine ouverte et un joli coin salon avec un grand canapé et un écran plat.
Au fond une salle d'eau avec WC.

Grande chambre comprenant un lit avec sa literie, un placard.
Cuisine équipée (four, plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, placard avec tout le nécessaire de vaisselle)
Grand canapé, télévision écran plat, table pour manger et ses chaises.
Salle d'eau : douche, machine à laver, sèche-linge.
