Modern studio 16m², completely renovated, 50 meters from the Catholic University of Paris (ICP Paris) and 5 min walk to the Luxembourg Garden (Jardin du Luxembourg). Metro St Sulplice (Line 4) is less than 5 minute away from the studio, you also have Metro Rennes (Line 12) less than 5 minute walk and multiple buses.
The studio is completely furnished with kitchen and has its own bathroom with real WC and private shower.
The big windows exposes the flat with direct sunlight (South East). Supermarket in the same street (less than 5 min away). Very close to St germain de pres and montparnasse.
