Description of the accommodation

Salut à toi futur coloc !
Notre maison est entièrement équipée, elle est mitoyenne d'un coté, située en impasse au calme tout proche Université/tram.
Entourée d'un Jardin arboré (cerisiers, pruniers, camélia etc.) +300m² avec terrasse (sud) 30m².

1 abri de jardin , 2 toilettes, 1 salle de bain baignoire + 1 douche, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle , internet avec la fibre, un four à pizza en terre cuite,
etc.
Il est facile de se garer devant la maison ou dans l'impasse, vélo / scooter à l’intérieur.
Équidistante Tram Doyen Brus et Université Campus (6-8' à pied) et proche des bus 34/35/44/58/87 (5min à pied sur google map).

Un petit mot sur nous:

Notre Coloc existe depuis 15 ans!
Nous sommes tour à tour étudiants ou jeunes travailleurs indépendants (+/- 22--26 ans).
Vous pourrez bien entendu bénéficier des APL si vous y êtes éligible, chaque coloc a son propre bail.
