Nous louons une chambre meublée de 15m² au rez-de-chaussée dans une charmante maison, avec un grand jardin, en périphérie de Nantes. Cette dernière est à proximité du périphérique, nous avons la ligne 80 de la Tan (10 min à pied environ de la maison) qui vous amène directement sur le campus étudiant (Tertre, Droit, Audencia, Ecole Centrale…) en 35 minutes. Nous avons également une ligne de bus (C7) qui vous emmène vers le tramway (ligne 1) pour être dans l'hypercentre de Nantes en 20-30 minutes.

Le logement est situé près des commodités, vivant dans un quartier agréable.

Voici quelques règles de vie concernant la location :
Vous logerez au rez-de-chaussée avec une salle de bain partagée. Concernant les repas, vous êtes en total autonomie, la cuisine est mise à disposition et doit rester propre après votre passage. Pas de préparation de repas après 20h30. Vous avez accès à la WIFI, télévision, machine à laver & le ménage est à votre charge pour votre chambre . Chacun doit respecter les pièces partagées. Les draps + les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies. Il est interdit de fumer dans la chambre et dans la maison .

Nous parlons français & légèrement anglais.

Nous avons une charmante maison, avec un grand jardin, en périphérie de Nantes. Le centre-ville de Nantes est accessible par les transports en commun pour une durée de trajet de 30 minutes.

Nous sommes près des commodités, vivant dans un quartier agréable. L'un de mes fils de 25 ans, étudiant, vit encore au domicile. J'ai un chat, j'espère que vous aimez la compagnie des animaux.
