Nous habitons dans cette maison depuis 25 ans et avons un fils de 17 ans encore avec nous. Nous louons ce studio indépendant depuis des années à des étudiants de Strate, beaucoup d'étrangers, que nous apprécions beaucoup et avec qui nous aimons parler de leurs projets. Nous continuons de rester en contact avec eux.
La maison a été entièrement rénovée et le studio est donc tout moderne et très équipé. Il est situé au sous sol de la maison, et est très lumineux avec une porte tout en transparence qui donne sur le petit jardin arrière. Pour y accéder, il y a une allée , puis on arrive sur l'arrière du jardin qui mène au studio. Nous laissons accès à la pièce principale qui jouxte le studio où se situent la machine, le sèche linge, le congélateur...Nous recherchons des étudiant/es qui respectent les règles de cohabitation et de discrétion du fait que le studio se situe dans notre maison, même si il est totalement indépendant de nos étages et de nos lieux de vie.
