la cuisine est séparée et équipée. la salle de bain comporte une baignoire.

L'appartement est bien desservi, à proximité des transports en commun (lignes de bus direct vers le centre ville d'Antibes, Sophia Antipolis, Cannes, Nice). arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble.

Egalement au pied de l'immeuble des commerces (carrefour Market, picard, et restaurants indien italien, boucherie) et un centre médical à 2 minutes à pieds.

Le logement est au 2 étage (ascenseur) possède une baignoire, un salon muni d'un canapé en cuir (possibilité de le remplacer par un canapé lit) et d'une télévision.

La chambre séparée est munie d'un lit double.
