- 1 mois de loyer à la réservation à régler via Studapart
- Le contrat de location à remplir par le locataire et son garant (parent) et à renvoyer.

- Caution = 2 mois de loyers HC
Pièces à fournir :
- Garantie parentale exigée pour étudiants français, avec dernier avis d'impôt des parents, + dernières fiches de salaires des parents garants, + celle de Décembre, Attestation de domiciliation et photocopie ID des parents et de l'étudiant.
Autres précisions :
- Appartement totalement non fumeur (donc il est complètement interdit de fumer dans cet appartement).
- les animaux domestiques sont interdits
- La colocation est interdite
- Le studio ne peut être utilisé que pour un seul étudiant dont le nom figure sur le contrat, l'étudiant ne peut pas faire dormir d'autres personnes dans le studio.

Rental price and payment methods are (for only 1 student living in the studio) :

This price is calculated for only 1 student living alone in the studio
it's not possible to be 2 or to receive other person for sleeping

For foreigners, the rental is payable by quater the 1st of every trimester, because the parent’s garantie in France don’t work for foreigners.
- A Deposit (caution, pledge) is asked at arrival = 1330€ (to be payed at last the day of entrance) in case of any damages in the apartment throughout the rental period. It is refundable after departure inventory as specified on the contract.

Conditions to reserve the appartment :
- To Fill and sign the Student rental's contract (sended by mail at reservation) by the tenant and the guarantor (your parent)
- To pay the first month of rental in advance for booking via Studapart (for reservation), and the sold of the trimester of rental + electricity and internet for trimester at least in arrival day before your entrance.
- To pay the caution at least for arrival day before your entrance.
- To send by mail the copy of your university enrolement during the rental.
- To send a copy of your parent I.d. , their proof of 3 months salary

Important Others Conditions :
- The apartment is totally non-smoking, (so it is completely forbidden to smoke in this apartment).
- No pets allowed
- Co-location is not permitted
- The studio can only be used for one student whose name is on the contract, the student cannot put other people to sleep in the studio.
- Parties are not authorized, we ask to respect places because the apartment is quit, new and impeccable.
