Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville

Secteur proche de toutes commodités (commerces, bars & restaurants, etc.). La colocation se trouve également à proximité immédiate de la rue Jean Jaurès, l'une des artères principales de la ville.

La ligne de tramway ; donnant accès aux plus grands pôles générateurs de trafic de la métropôle brestoise : les zones commerciales de l'Iroise, Phare de l'Europe, L'Hermitage et Kergaradec, passe quelques rues au-dessus à 10 minutes à pied. On retrouve quelques lignes de bus à 2 minutes à pied, sur le Boulevard Montaigne.

La colocation entièrement refaite à neuf en juin 2022, est située au 1E étage et offre 92.26 m² de surface répartis ainsi :
