Appartement 4 pièces en rez-de-jardin d'une maison niçoise en plein centre ville, au calme.
Il se compose de 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 wc, 1 cuisine ouverte sur salon-salle à manger donnant sur une terrasse. Complètement refait à neuf.

Idéalement situé : proches écoles de Commerce (IPAG, EDHEC), Universités (Faculté des Sciences, Campus St Jean d'Angely), ESCOM, etc.
Plages, port, musées, coulée verte, etc sont à 15-20 min à pieds (ou bus, train, tramway à proximité).

Le fameux marché de la Libération est à 3 min à pieds.
