Situé dans un bâtiment des années 80, sans ascenseur au 2e étage, le logement dispose de 2 chambres avec lit double, d'un salon - salle à manger avec canapé lit, une belle salle de bain avec toilettes et enfin une cuisine équipé de four, grand frigo et micro onde.
Le quartier est très sympa avec beaucoup de commerce de proximité mais aussi artisans. Supermarché juste en face dans la même rue, plusieurs boulangeries et beaucoup de restaurants. 5min à pied de la rue de la roquette et 10min de bastille. Le métro est Saint Ambroise, ligne 9, il est situé à 100m, station de bus à proximité.
