Très bel appartement en plein centre ville, à proximité de la gare d'Orléans. Le logement est disponible de suite (3 chambres disponibles), entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût.

L'emplacement est top, situé à 2 minutes à pied du tramway, et 10/15minutes à pieds de la gare d'Orléans et 20 minutes en tramway du campus.

Vous êtes également à 10/15 minutes à pied de tous les commerces ( Boulangerie, restauration rapide, arrêt de bus, magasin d'alimentation)
