Shared apartment of 4 bedrooms completely renovated, furnished and fully equipped. You will be ideally located with the Vallier Catane tram stop (tram C serving the campus) at the foot of the building, close to many shops, the city center, the relay car park and the motorway entrances. Near GEM, CEA, scientific peninsula

You will have a bedroom equipped with a private shower and sink. In addition, the room is bright, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Each room has, among other things, quality bedding, a closet, a smart TV and a desk.

Renovation work has been carried out to ensure the best possible comfort in the apartment. All windows are equipped with shutters and are all double glazed. All rooms are soundproofed for more privacy.
