Bonjour,

Nous louons une chambre à partir du 1er septembre 2025 pour une durée de 10 mois minimum.

La maison est grande avec sdB à partager avec l'autre étudiante et accès partagé au reste de la maison (salon, WC, cuisine, buanderie, jardin).
Nous avons également deux chiens, un Berger Blanc Suisse (à voir sur la photo) et un Bichon havanais.
Nous nous trouvons proche des commerces et des transports en commun.

A PROXIMITE (à pied) :
- Boulangerie, Pharmacie, Franprix, etc.
- Centre commercial, restaurants, lieux culturels (Opéra, salles de
théâtre et de concert, bibliothèque, conservatoire, cinéma)
- Structures de santé (Hôpital Jacques Cartier, cabinet médical)
- Equipements sportifs (salle de gym, terrains de tennis, rugby, foot, piscine)
- Grand Parc Georges Brassens

TRANSPORTS ET ACCES :
Massy est desservie par 8 lignes de bus de la RATP (direction Paris et région parisienne), par 3 bus de nuit Noctiliens, par une navette municipale, par 11 lignes Transdev et 5 bus Albatrans.

15 mn à pied gare RER B de « Massy-Verrières » ou gare RER B « Les Bâconnets ».
