Nuestro cómodo apartamento de un dormitorio cerca del MACBA tiene capacidad para 2 personas. Dispone de un dormitorio doble y de un balcón en el salón que da a la calle. Hay un balcón y una cocina totalmente equipada que permite a nuestros huéspedes preparar sus propias comidas.

El apartamento dispone de lavadora-secadora además de conexión Internet Wi-fi y aire acondicionado. Está situado en el centro de Barcelona, muy cerca de La Rambla y del barrio de Sant Antoni.

El apartamento está provisto de toallas y ropa de cama a la llegada.

No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas de soltero/a.

Apartamento exclusivo para alquiler mensual: reservas con estancia mínima de 32 días y máxima de 11 meses.

- Honorarios de agencia:

* 1 mes: 1 mensualidad con un descuento del 60% + IVA
* 2-3 meses: 1 mensualidad con un descuento del 40% + IVA
* 4-5 meses: 1 mensualidad con un descuento del 20% + IVA
* 6-11 meses: 1 mensualidad + IVA

- Fianza: 1 mes

- Los suministros no están incluidos en el alquiler mensual. Cuota mensual suministros: 150 euros. Al final de la estancia se calculará el coste real. En caso de que se exceda notablemente el consumo en algunos de los meses, se informará al inquilino y se procederá al cargo extra.

- Limpieza final 150€

Los precios están sujetos a la duración del contrato y antelación de la fecha de entrada al apartamento
