Venez visiter ce superbe appartement T3 lumineux avec superbe vue sud sur un parc proche des facs

Les chambres comportent chacune un lit double, des rangements et une chaise / bureau.
La cuisine est équipée de frigo / congélateur, four, micro-onde, machine à café, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle et bien sûr tous les ustensiles nécessaires (assiettes, couverts, poêles, etc.). Il y a un lave-linge dans l'arrière-cuisine.
Le séjour, avec canapé, bibliothèque et table à manger, est très lumineux, orienté sud et donne sur un parc.
Il y a une salle de bain avec baignoire et WC séparés
Il y a une place de parking sécurisé et un garage à vélo.

L'appartement est très proche des facs et du petit port (piscine / patinoire) et des bords de l'Erdre.

Les bus 26 et C20 sont à 200m et permettent d'aller directement au centre, au tram (ligne 2) ou aux facs qui sont aussi accessibles à pied.

À moins de 1 km : supermarchés (Lidl et super U), boulangeries, boucheries, coiffeurs, banques, etc.

Le prix de la location est all inclusive : eau, gaz, électricité, charges de copro.

Il y a une prise de fibre optique si vous voulez prendre un abonnement.
