Dans un immeuble de 4 étages situé rue de Lorraine à Villejean, à proximité du CHU de Pontchaillou et de la Faculté de médecine, de la Fac de Rennes 2, EHESP, AgroCampus, écoles de commerce, métro et autres.
Nous vous proposons en colocation, 4 chambres de 12 à 13m² dans un appartement de 106 m² situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble de 8 étages.
Une seule chambre est libre à ce jour.
L'appartement est lumineux et entièrement meublée et équipé, avec deux salles d'eau.
Les charges incluses dans le loyer sont : le chauffage, l'eau, l'électricité, Internet fibre avec Wifi/TV et entretien des parties communes de l'immeuble
