位置在RER C的Ivry sur Seine站走路5分钟，楼下有公车325路到国家图书馆BFM只要13分钟，到巴黎七大一刻钟。楼下还有公车125路到13区中国超市Port d'ivry约13分钟，公车323路到Maire d'ivry约10分钟。遇到罢工情况，附近就有三个velib车站。 走路一刻钟有电影院Pathe，餐馆。离Bercy Cours Saint-emillion热闹步行街和UGC电影院坐地铁只要一刻钟。周边环境很安全，晚上晚回家也没有什*么问题。这个地区是属于Ivry sur Seine最好的Quartier。

从家里就能看到Ivry的Centre commercial，走路2分钟就能到，里面有家乐福，麦当劳，Darty, H&M, Hema....
楼房对面就是一个开放式的小公园，夏天的时候可以在那里看书，野餐....

公寓情况:楼房是30年代的老式巴黎楼房，2012年翻新了外墙和公共楼道，邻居基本都是法国人。公寓位于顶楼(三楼)，没有电梯。
总面积是45平米，一共有三个房间，每个房间的面积均为12平米左右，厨房和卫生间公用，内带洗衣机，冰箱，微波炉，热水器，煤气供暖....
