Le logement s'articule autour d'un petit couloir
- à droite : une première chambre avec un lit en 140, armoire miroitée, commode et bureau - accès Internet par WIFI - loyer : 270€ + 85 € de charge TOUT COMPRIS - actuellement occupée.
- ensuite : une deuxième chambre avec un lit en 120, armoire miroitée, rangements et bureau - WIFI - loyer 260 € + 85 € de charges TOUT COMPRIS -
- en face : cuisine intégrée avec une cuisinière à gaz, frigo avec congélateur ****, petit lave-vaisselle et TV (TNT)
