En la zona de día encontrarás al salón comedor con la cocina integrada. Esta tiene todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos que necesitas para cocinar desde tu llegada, tales como cocina de vitrocerámica, horno, nevera, tostadora, licuadora, hervidor, cafetera, etc. El salón tiene acceso directo hacia el balcón, con vista a la calle Andrea Doria, que podrías disfrutar en estos lindos días de sol.

La zona de noche consta de 2 habitaciones dobles, cada una con armario abierto. Las habitaciones comparten un baño completo con ducha.

El piso cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción y wifi.

El ático del edificio cuenta con una zona de lavado comunitario.

CONDICIONES DE RESERVA:

• Alquiler temporal (estancias mínimas de 32 días y máximo de 11 meses)

• Fianza: equivalente a 2 meses de alquiler (Consultar para estancias inferiores a 3 meses). La fianza se devuelve al finalizar el contrato. NO ESTÁ INCLUIDA EN EL PRECIO DE ALQUILER.

• Servicios de alquiler: no reembolsables y corresponden a UN MES DE ALQUILER + IVA. Los servicios de alquiler incluyen toda la gestión de su reserva y contrato. NO ESTÁ INCLUIDA EN EL PRECIO DE ALQUILER.

• Los consumos NO ESTÁN INCLUIDOS en el alquiler del apartamento y se calcularán en función de unos valores estándar de referencia y de la superficie de la vivienda. 

La aceptación de la reserva queda supeditada según la evaluación del perfil y se considera reservado tras recibir la documentación y el pago requerido

• El empadronamiento es posible con un contrato mínimo de 6 meses
