L'appartement est situé en face du campus Tréfilerie, dans l'un des coins les plus sympas de Saint-Etienne.
L'appartement est à 120 mètres du centre commercial Centre Deux (plus de 80 commerces), 3 minutes à pied du Campus Tréfilerie, 300 mètres du tram, et 10 minutes du Cours Fauriel. Vous rejoignez l'hypercentre en 5 minutes !

Les chambres et l'appartement sont entièrement meublés : four, frigo américain, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, télé... Tout y est, vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises. 
Il y a deux salles de bain et les WC sont séparés. 

Les charges comprennent tout, vous n'avez rien à ajouter :
