Côté confort, l'appartement est entièrement équipé pour vous recevoir dans les meilleures conditions. Télévision, machine à laver, cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle. Chaque chambre est dotée, en plus de la literie, d'un bureau et de rangements. Les plus : petit balcon et places de parking gratuites à proximité.

Actuellement, il reste une chambre de disponible, avec bail non solidaire.
