je propose 3 chambres individuelles a la colocation dans un appartement F3 de 65 m²
refais a neuf .La cuisine commune est entierement equipee et la vaiselles et ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis . Elle possede 2 refrigateur ainsi q un lave et seche linge entierement neuf .La salle de bain commune possede une douche, un wc et un petit lavabo ainsi que quelques meubles de salle de bain.
Les chambres d environ 16 m² sont entierement meubles avec oreillers, protege oreillers et couettes fournis . L entree independante donne sur un petit jardin de 500m sans vis a vis.
Le bien est situe a 20 min a pieds de la gare et des commerces.
